Full-Time Toddler Room Teacher
The Learning Ladder Child Development center is seeking an experienced toddler teacher to
fill a full time position. Position requires at least 2 years of previous experience in a
childcare setting with at least one of those years working with Toddlers
(ages 16 months – 2 years). The teacher will oversee the planning and implementing of
classroom activities for children including, but not limited to: management of classroom
groups while giving individual attention to each child; encourage independence and self-help;
partner with the parents in the care and safety of the children; follow center policies on
behavior, classroom management, education and nurture of students; maintain confidentiality;
attend in-service trainings and staff meetings; meet all applicable licensing regulations;
and maintain a safe and healthy environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and
education in a related field is preferred.
