I just wanted to drop you a couple of lines to let you know how happy we are with The Learning Ladder. I know we talk often, but I would like to put it on paper for you gals. Our daughter is really enjoying Ms. Pam and the progress I see in her, it is something new everyday. I watch the staff over the web dealing with her and it makes me so happy. The reason I am writing this today and not before- I forgot to send our daughter with a book today, and today was book day- I glanced at the screen and saw Ms. Pam gathering them to do the book time and she must have found a book for her- and she was sitting on her lap and I am sure reading the book to the class with her! I love it, I feel that when time gets away from us as parents and we let something slip by us that is important to our little ones- you gals are there to make sure that everyone has what they need and they are included in everything. I just want you to know how pleased we are and that days like today make us confident that we have her exactly where she needs to be!!

My son started at The Learning Ladder after being cared for during the day by his Grandmother for 3 years. It was a very big change for him, but the staff at TLL worked with him every day to make him feel comfortable. He is learning so many new things every day, and his social skills and speech have dramatically improved. He is now excited to go to school and see all his friends. It is also very comforting for me to be able to watch him throughout the day on the webcams. I am very happy with my decision to send my son to The Learning Ladder and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Our son began childcare at The Learning Ladder the day the doors opened.
We knew immediately that our son would be cared for in a nurturing loving environment. We have been pleased that our son's social skills and cognitive development are reinforced daily by The Learning Ladder staff. We greatly enjoy talking with him about the activities he does at "school" each day. The facilities and play areas are clean and well maintained. All of these wonderful things provide us with peace of mind while we are away from our child.
